Credit Card Limit Reduction Forms
If you wish to close your Credit Card account or reduce it's limit you may find the resources to help you achieve this below.
After printing and completing the appropriate form you can either post it (see the address below), or take it to your closest branch.
Many banks do not have forms to close or reduce Credit Card Limits. If you contact your bank to request either of the above outcomes and they tell you to write a letter, you can save yourself time by using the appropriate form below.
